A global pharmaceutical client wanted to accelerate GenAl adoption, but avoid every department building separate Al tools from scratch. Teams needed agents for different workflows, data sources and knowledge bases, while the organisation needed a more consistent way to build, govern and scale them.
Hybrid Mind helped develop a reusable agentic Al platform that provides common architecture, reusable components and configurable workflows. The platform brings together LangGraph orchestration, MCP tooling, RAG agents, image extraction, knowledge-base integration and reusable service patterns into one modular delivery framework.
This shifted GenAl delivery away from fragmented, one-off builds towards a standardised enterprise model. New service foundations that previously took around 8 weeks can now be stood up in around 1 day, with reusable components supporting multiple business groups and hundreds of users
Impact: Hybrid Mind helped the client reduce duplication, accelerate new Al builds andcreate a more controlled route to production Al across departments.
